Complicated code id Q

So long story short, I used to play on ps2, but left my mothers house and now live alone, I want to play again and I can get my ps2 back, but have a few questions...
1. Can I still use the same playonline account and different ffxi reg. codes or should I just restart all together with new playonline codes and ffxi codes(asking because I can't find my original codes, and heard that they cant be reissued)
2. If I have to restart, can I use codes I have from pc version, or do I have to get my hands on new ps2, basically are they interchangeable?
3. Lastly, this answer may affect the former answers, can I have billing changed, if not then I am to assume that I should restart with new codes for playonline and ffxi?
sorry its a bit hard to understand, but if you are trying to help and have questions just post I'll be checking this continuosly.

1you can use the same account, but the reg codes are dead.
2yes, pc works, as long as it's from your region. NANA, EUEU, JPJP.
3What do you mean change the billing? What credit card is used? yes.

That should be all I need to know, prolly saved me a lot of time trying to freakin' communicate with SE about this, I'm like never available when they are open...anywho /bow thanks a lot for all the answers and the swift reply in the first place.
