The thread title says it all. I recently found out that I'm still being billed for my FFXI services, even though I don't (want to) use it anymore. When I tried to sign into my account, of course, I couldn't remember my ID and/or password meaning I can't get in to cancel my account. I've emailed playonline several times but they have not gotten back to me.

Who should I contact to get quick service? By the way, I live in Australia so if it's like, US-only phone-calls then unfortunately I won't be able to use them.

Thanks for attempting to remedy my idiotic actions.

If SE hasn't cancelled the account yet you could call your credit card company and indicate the charges to SE are no longer authorized. That should get the account turned off fairly promptly if other methods fail.

you should have wrote these down in your manual. maybe look thru it and see if you did. all you have to do is cancel content ids once logged on. you dont have to delete characters or cancel pol. good luck

I just forgot my password yes I should of written it down but I only use 2 different types of passwords and neither of them are working. I auto-login so I have no problem getting on my character but I want to register on the community site. ARGH it's frustrating lol
