PT'ing

I've read a lot about people PT'ing, but everyone says that people only start PT'ing around level 15. Why is this? Don't the lower level players PT together?? Or does everyone just go solo until level 15 and then they start PT'ing?? Or is it impossible to PT before level 15? I'm kind of confused by this. @_# :sweat:

You can party at any level, it's just that it's not recommended to party until your level is a little higher since you won't be getting much out of it. It's easier to gain experience by soloing between level 1-13. I would say the best time to start partying is level 14 since that's when you've become strong enough to fight at places like Valkurm (a place where most people begin partying) in a full party without having too much trouble.
