Will FF 11 have charges for playing the game ( not your internet)

The japanese and importers pay $9.50... and considering the closest competition to FFXI is PSOI&II I see a very likely fee of $8.95 or maybe the same $9.50.

Seriously though.. I know every stateside RPG charges like $12.95 for their RPGs.. but you don't need to buy a freakin HDD, network adapter, plus the game!

id be happy if they juss didnt charge monethly. i mean what do they need the money for? they have billions over making other games and selling.

look at blizzard.. they dont charge and its pretty great how it runs

I'd expect their bandwidth, server space, and employee charges will be higher here in the US.

darkhoodedknigh: Well, that would be FF I-X. When you make it a MMORPG, that has a fixed overhead that must be paid to keep the world running. If you don't want to pay a monthly fee, get a non MMORPG, like FFX-2, or FF12

50 bucks a month, you must be crazy. i've got 400 put away for this game no matter what, so when that runs out i stop playing. Thats why I want a low monthly fee so i can play for longer.

yes that a good idea, i have about 300 for the game, probably 150 for the game with the controller and i guess the rest is for the monthly. IM STILL CHEAPPPP
