Bastok-Sandoria

I was just wondering how long would it take to get from Bastok to Sando'ria in real time minutes or hours??? Heard rumors that it would take about 6-8 hours to get there. I'm confused:confused:

lol i dont think it would take that long, it's more like 15 mins im sure i read somewhere, might be wrong. But i seriously doubt 6-8hours real time for travel, that would be stoopid :spin:

Its 15min if you ride a boat. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Why go on a boat? Last time I saw a Vana'Diel map Bastok and San d'Oria were on the same mainland, where as Windurst was far across the ocean.

If you rush it's probably not that long, but if you get lost.. or if you get into a battle and get chased off course a lot.. hmm I don't know. 15 is off though.. I don't believe it's that short. Hell, a boat ride from Bastok to Selbina is 15 minutes.. right? :confused:

Teleport? That would be really sweet. Do people telepot a lot?

You need the crag items(that you get from selecting the teleport crystal) to teleport to a crag first dont you? Even if sum1 else was teleporting... so basically. You wouldn't be able to teleport to a crag if u havent been there before

ans saken, teleport is only for white mages

they can use telepora or something to teleport a whole party tho

I ran from Bastok to Sandoria yesterday at lvl8 with my brother, lvl6. We were lucky to get as far as we did, but we died along the way. On our second attempt, he went away from me and took another route because he thought all the stopping and dodging was getting annoying (needless to say, he died, saying, sarcastically, 'thanks for all the help!') It took me well over an hour to finally get to west ronfaure (I had to frantically dodge the goblins/quadavs/orcs along the way to get there). It's a pain...mendoukusai....

It's not too hard. You just need some patience and not dash all the way through the map. Look around and see what monsters are around first.

If you played MGS before it shouldn't be a problem
