Whats with the no prepaid game cards!? Thats such BS i cant even play this game, because I have no credit card, I might as well go play WoW or SWG. Anybody know if there planning on releaseing them?

No prepaid cards and no news on them releasing them. You can get a Visa or Mastercard gift card and use that though.

I live in Canada, and I've asked around about prepaid credit cards, and from what I can tell there not available around where I live. And it will cost me almost 50 dollars just to send the money to that epassporte service.

Seriuosly, credit cards are no big deal. There is no intrest on them AS LONG AS YOU PAY IT WHEN IT"S DUE. That's the major problem with people and Credit Cards, they don't pay their bills, and then they have such huge fees because of the intrest.

there's West Edmonton mall visa gift card, which is the only prepaid visa card issued in Canada according to the visa's website. as for the mastercard, it doesn't seem there's any issued in Canada atm.

if epassporte isn't an option for u due to the fee u'd have to pay for international wire transfer, it might be easier to find someone in US who's willing to send you a Simon Mall's visa gift card, as Simon operates throghout the country. or, ask ur family/friends who have a credit card to load the money into epassporte for u.

Ya, thanks for the help, and yes, the only one i could find was the west edmonton mall one, which does not help me at all. And I know credit cards aren't a big deal, but im only 17, and im not in full time school rite now, and my bank said i had to be a full time student to get a student credit card. So thanks anyway. I dont see why they dont release game cards. I know EQ was hacked but come on, I think they could come up with something.

i assume what he meant by that is the fee u'd have to pay to the bank for int'l wire transfer, as epassporte is based in europe, and he's in Canada. while the fee varies from bank to bank, $50 sounds right compared to my experience in US.

Godspeed: I've had a Credit Card since I was 15. Just know your limit's, and remeber, it's NOT FREE MONEY.

Set a limit on it, and don't go above it. Look around at different visa cards, there's tons of them out there. Ask your family about co-signing on one for you, it teaches you GOOD skills which you will need later in life. Learning about credit is one of the most valiable skills I could have ever learned. As well as money mangement skills.
