Well for dial-up that'll work for PS2 the prices I've seen seem to vary from $9.95 a month to like $39.99 a month. Just if you go for one like $9.95 a month they have a lot of restrictions and may not fit your needs. If you are looking for ISPs that do Dial-up though then there are: AOL MSN NetZero Earthlink CompuServe PeoplePC I'm sure there are a few more but those are the ones I know off the top of my head. I use to use Earthlink before I got Cox HighSpeed Internet. Think they cost like $19.99 or something last I remember. Double Post Edited: Heh, decided to look up Earthlink again to see what they are at. Apparently Dial-up prices have changed for Earthlink now it's $21.95. Currently they are running two specials sign-up for monthly and the first 6 months will be $9.95 after that back to $21.95 or signup for 12 months pay a lump sum of $167.40 ($13.95 per month) then after that year it goes to monthly charges of $21.95. In the long run the 12 month one is cheaper if going for 1 year. Saves you $24.00 after the year passes. Other then that NetZero's price seems really good. Their offer of 12 months at $9.95 saves you $48-$73 over Earthlinks, they bind you to a 12 month contract though and costs you $25 for early termination of the contract. Normal cost after is $14.95 which is $7.00 cheaper then Earthlink. Only problem is the fine print says that NetZero has the right to impose hourly usage limits.
