Food/Meals

Ok, quick question for those of you who may have an answer......I've been looking around, and found information of all kinds, but the one thing I can't find many details on.....or maybe I'm not looking hard enough......but how exactly does this 'feeding/eating' thing work.......i heard you need to eat meals....but how often?........anyone that can enlighten me I would greatly thank.....

I've played for a total of about 5 days (5 x 24 hours... have had the game for about a month) now and have only eaten things that were given to me straight away. but i have never had to worry about eating, I dunno if there are any side effects of not eating, cos when i ate wat i ate, that may have saved me from hunger. ???

Who that would be pretty cool if you HAD to eat I mean it sounds like a good idea.

You don't HAVE to eat. It just boosts your stat temp.

Oh I thought you had to eat or you would lose some sort of stat thing.
