Cancel Eco Quest?

is there a way to cancel this quest? i activated it in san d a few weeks ago and now want to cancel so i can do windurst eco.

yes i did use search for cancel quest. nothing useful resulted.

afaik there is no way to cancel a quest once it has been started. you must complete the sando one before doing windy
