Hello, I need to cancel my JPN POL Account but I have lost my POL pass and do not have the JPN CD's anymore (due to extraneous circumstances that took place). If anyone would be so gracious as to provide me with the appropriate contact numbers and information,-- I lost literally everything -- , so I can call and talk to POL support, it would be appreciated.

I really want to resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Thanks. Do they have bi-lingual representatives when I call the phone number? Because if they don't, is there another way to contact via e-mail? I need help since I don't speak that much JP.
