Ok well I zoned into Delkfutt's Tower today and was treated to the first cop cut scene. During the cut scene I keep getting d/c. Someone thought the problem may be spyware but after a complete search and destruction of all spyware in my comp it didnt help. So my 2 questions are Is there any way to just skip right through the scene and question number 2 is What do you think the problem is and what possible ways are there to fix it?

Whenever I get disconnected during a rank mission cut scene it usually resumes very close to the point where I got disconnected in it (only happened twice). However, that still doesn't explain why it would randomly disconnect during those cut scenes. Is it your whole internet connection going or just the connection to SE? Is your connection normally spotty at its best?

I get kicked to desktop and its only my SE connection. And no my inetrenet connection is really good most of the time.

Something may have been corrupted. Use the "Check Files" option from the POL browser, make sure everything's still ok.

Well the check said that there were 7 corrupt files and that i need to re-install FFXI so i guess I'll start doing that. Thanks Kafeen

Might be nice if they'd implement a option in there to just grab the corrupt files again rather than needing a full re-install.
