You forgot the oh so important (Impossible to Guage) type monsters. These types of monsters are referred to as NM's or Notorious Monsters. Also HNM, which are level 60+. If you run across one, and your not very strong, I suggest you run the other way. Except for Bubbling Bernie... he's just... fun...
