can't open the live cam ... why?

Do you have a pop-up blocker that could be stopping it from opening? Try turning it off...

i turn off but still cannot
b4 i format the computer it can open but after format cannot open
everytime i click the webcam it auto ask to save target as ... after i save it , it download every fast.....
where ever i save it when i open ,nothing come out just blank
