Macro's Reset

Hi. I'm new to the FFXI online scene and I love it.. The only issue I have at the moment is with the macro's. For some reason (I don't know whether this happens randomly) but I spend ages binding magic macros as im a WHM, and then I'll stop fighting and go somewhere... I.E the auction house in Bastok. Then, when I go back out to fight and I try to use magic via my macro's they have all reset to their original values. For example I binded DIA with Alt+3 but its now at it's original default of Wave. Before anyone mensions it, I am aware that there are up to 10 sets of macro's and I've scrolled through them all to make sure that I've not switched by mistake.. If there is a solution to this problem, I would be very grateful for anyone to share it with me. Also, I did search on this "topic" but it yeilded no results so if there is another topic with this solution in, accept my appologies for missing it. Again, any help given is appreciated. Thank you.

Beats me. PC or PS2?

If you don't log out properly out of FFXI, and it crashes/you close it/whatever, it does not save any changes you made to macros.

Could this possibly be it? If you disconnect or lose full screen, same thing.

Also the macro settings are saved on the computer you are using so if you switch computer they will be resetted.

Although I dont think thats the problem but it can still be worthy to remember.
