DHALMEL SALIVA question

Hello!!!
This item is RARE EX, but I got no idea how to use it.
I got it from Dhalmel in Buburimu Peninsula.
Anyone know whats DHALMEL SALIVA for??

That item is used for the subjob quest given in Mhaura. It is also used for high lvl crafting although I do not know which one it is off hand, sowwy. If u do not need it just drop it.
