Modf (Altuice) how to get rid of?

ok not sure if this is the right section but i keep getting these Popup program windows that read ModF in them and then on the tray the program reads Altruice... it keeps minimizing my game and ive run adaware and norton but nothing, anyone know something for this before i have to format? ; ;

1) Go to "start"
2) Click "run"
3) Type in "msconfig"
4) Click "OK"
5) Click on "Startup" tab
6) Find "pg4ds32m" in the list
7) Uncheck its box
8) Restart your computer

After rebooting:
1) Go to "start"
2) Go to "Find"
3) Select "Files or Folders"
4) Type in "pg4ds32m"
5) When it's found, highlight it and hit the delete key.
6) Also delete it from your trash bin.

That's what I got from a quick Google. But try reading this if the above steps do not work.
