Turning off job abilities?

I'm a Drk and often I want to cancel the affect of Last Resort or Berserk after I use them. How do I do this?

I also hear people talking about it, but they never say how to do it ^^

I know that on the PS2, if you hit the triangle button once, it gives you the option of selecting the chat box to enlarge it. And if you press the button again it takes you to the status effects etc. that you have on, any ones that are positive that you or someone else has activated on you, if you select them, you can turn them off. I dont quite know what button on the PC does this but i hope this helped somewhat.

PC Version press + on your keypad twice, this gives you a cursor on one of the status icons on top of your screen that you can scroll left/right and press enter to cancel it.
