Chocobo Wand? rank 1-20

Hi. I desperately want a chocobo wand but im only rank one. Does anyone know a quick and easy way to get to rank 20?

You'll have a hard time. There's only 10 ranks. You sure its not level?

I think he is talking about Adventurer rank. I'd guess die less, kill a lot, and get to high level? I'm only 13. >_<
