I am a BLM lvl 13

But I have been tasked with finding the lampis coral in the shrakimi maze.

Should I lvl up before I go?

What do I need to do beforehand?

I just need some answers from some of the experienced people

I have no idea with the quest, but im familiar with the place. Usually there are some people level there, level 13+ and so. The place gets harder deeper it goes. And, knowing that it's a maze you might not be able to get out without dying, not unless ur strong enough with a map. I go to the maze for RSE quests it's easy there with a BLM to help escape you out.

Hi Unfortunatly to find that particular item in the dingeon you have to pass some very nasty scorpion.

It is possible at lvl 13 to get the item deeper inside Shakrami maze but if you do try it remember you will die in one hit from the monsters that you will have to get past.

What you are looking for is something called "Fossil Point" or something very close to that. The fossil you are looking for is there.

Most likely you will still killed by those scorpion even you are 20+.

Not to mention you need to pass those ghoul/goblin on the way there.

Either get a party together after level a while or buy some silent oil/prisem powder.

Or ask some high lvl player there help you.

I believe the location of the coral changes every in-game day, but every time I've brought fellow LS members to Shak to get it, it is always in the same room.





Shak entrance is at C-9. The 3 black dots on the second map are the locations that I've seen the coral.
