What are candy drops?

I believe they improve you stats temporarily, but I was wondering if there is something else you can do with them. Like trade them to the moggle, for something even better.

P.S. I know the black drop is not a stat improvement but a instant-warp.

Yellow drop= Vit+5
Purple drop= Dex+5
Red drop= Str+5
Clear drop= Chr+5
Green drop= Agi+5
BLue drop= Mnd+5
Black drop= Int+5

The drops are sellable

Please correct me if i made any mistakes
