Mission 9 - messed up

Went to the top of the tower and back down. I didn't have a chance to talk to the ambasodor, so how the hell am i suppose to do that now.

Go back to the top and back to the basement?

Did you try killing the NM to get the key to the lift?

that part is done.. just need to see embasordor.. person helping escaped to fast beforfe i could trade key to see him.

if u still have the key, trade it to the door in the 1st floor (at E-8), and u'll be able to get back to the floor where ambassador is.

if u got rid of the key, unfortunately u have to go up to 10th flr again to get the key.
