Anything that provides the food symbol (a hamburger) cannot stack. You can't even change or cancel the effect; if you try to eat something else it will say you are full. Now some items, such as Juices, will not give the food symbol - they give the Regen and Refresh symbols instead. So those can stack with food symbol items. In essence, pay attention to the symbols and know that you can't stack by symbol. |

Actually you can stack by some symbols. Food however is one you can't. In the case of actual meals to juices those can stack. Symbols from songs will stack too, I've had Mage's Ballad and Mage's Ballad II stacked on my character before. I've also stacked BarStone to BarSleep or BarPoison, however BarSleep and BarPoison won't stack with eachother they replace one another.

Correct, I was only referring to food as far as symbols not stacking. Say you were going for massive refresh (mg regen), you could down a juice, get refresh, get Mage's Ballad and Mage's Ballad II. Symbols across the board can stack, just not two like-symboled food effects.

Wonder though if sometime later on that'll change some or even, were certain races are able to eat more for stacks. I mean appetizer foods stuffing you, sometimes seems a little silly..
