Random Closeout

I believe I saw something similar awhile ago, but I can never find anything twice. My problem is...not really a problem, just an annoyance, but, when I go into the Items menu, it seems like if I scroll down to fast, the game just randomly closes. I believe it only happens when I hold the arrow to go down, down. Has anyone else had this happen, and do you know why?

I get it quite a bit. My record is 6 times in a day so far. Its not just when scrolling either, it seems to be completely random.

I e-mailed square about it and they send me a really long and unhelpful FAQ and said if it doesn't help follow the instuctions at the bottom which meant phone an premium rate American line from the UK. So much for customer support.
