Instal error 1603, can someone help?

Question Instal error 1603, can someone help?
Alright, i posted here a while back about getting a message about my 30 day trial being up and in the process of trying to get rid of the adware, my computer was somehow infected with a worm that forced me to manualy whipe my harddrive and install windows 2000.
I have already successfuly reinstalled playonline, but when i try to install FFXI, the instalation gets to 100% before displaying error 1603. I've tried restarting my computer and defraging, and other than that i have no idea what to do. Can someone please help?
