How can you become a GM?

My friend said he read somewhere that you can become a GM and you sumbit some type of application. So can you become a GM?

s-e usa's website doesn't mention any GM job description, so i guess the room is filled at this point. or, i could be possible that s-e on the us side doesn't hire any GM's; instead, all of them could be english-speaking japanese GM's who r working in japan.

just so u know, most of GM's in japan r part-timers. :spin: and s-e in japan does have a room for GM application; job description is still there and they r taking applications. and in a job description, it says "english communication skill a plus." :spin:

-Perfect language skills in both Japanese and English.
-Prior background experience and/or proper degrees in advanced programming.
-Live in the general vacinity of the home server location. It's a full-time job.
-Having prior GM experience is welcome.

I looked this up a year ago. It was posted on the old PlayOnline site. I don't know if it's still posted somewhere.
