I just contacted Service and Support on the phone to ask about why I could not complete a trade with a NPC to finish a quest. When the person on the other end picked up the phone, he did not responed, instead continued a conversation with a co-worker, in which I could hear him laughing. I was left to say hello over and over on the phone to no response, until he had finally completed his conversation, and spoke to me. From there he was disrespectful, rude, and uncaring about my problem, and took three minute, to understand my problem, because I had to repeat it to him three times, because he was not listening. His answer to me was that he had the same problem, could not remember how he fixed it, and that I should speak to a GM if I have a problem with the game. This was after 6 minutes wasted, in which I now have to pay for because I had to pay long distance charges. I was wondering if any one has had the same problem with Square's Service and Support, and the person I spoke to named David. I would love to hear your stories, so I know I'm alone in this, while I wait for a response to a email, I just sent to square about the customer service given to me, or the lack of it. P.S. That felt great, getting that off my chest, thanks for reading about my experiance. |

Uh oh! It's seems SQ-E has skipped a few slackers, if i were you i would report him, who knows what might happen if I were stuck in some glitch and David happend to pick up going "Uh huh...er....call a gm ok?" Truely sad.
