On no, a black screen of death!!!

ok well the title explains it all. yesterday i was walking to the maze and i zoned. well i get the usual Downloading Data screen but then i just doesnt do anyhthing else. it just sits there saying Downloading Data untill it disconnects me. im like .... great im stuck in limbo and support wont be up till monday and waitign that long after just recieving my hard drive would be practicly torture. so please please if anyone knows how to request that i be reset in a zone with out having to call a gm, then post here ASAP

I got this when i started to play, it was because my firewall wasn't letting it load the new area. I turned it off and it worked. If that doesn't do it, i have no clue.

i turned off all my firewalls and any kind of net protection programs but it still wont work. also let me explain further. i had been playing all day long and has zoned to the maze serveral times untill one time it just didnt load the next zone. im unsure of what happend and i dont think my firewall would kick in this late. i dunno whats going on and damn square for being stupid and not having week end supprt
