Lost PlayOnline ID

does any1 have any insight as to how i might recover my PlayOnline ID? i had it saved in a .txt file for when i needed it, i didnt really need it that often, since it stores it in playonline generally and i just have to enter my password, but in the past few days ive had to format my hard drive, and therefore i lost playonline and i lost the .txt file my ID was stored in, now i still have my registration keys cuz they're in the manual, and i remember my password, but i cant remember my PlayOnline ID for the life of me (its the one thats like 4 letters then 4 numbers) (ex. HBBV0081)

if any1 can help me please please please post.

The only way you can get it back is to contact SquareEnix USA Customer Support via phone (they don't do ID/password correspondence via email)...
