and how do i set up micros??????

and what lvl is the sub job quest ?? and were do i get it(im in wind)?

renkie... Renkei I guess which is the japanese name for skillchains.

mission 4, no idea, when you get a decent group in maze I guess.

Read you instrution manual for how to set up macros, Page 108.

Subjob is a level 18 quest, best done in Selbina (travel there by boat from Mhaura in Buruburu? Penninsula). Talk to some guy named Iscarion I think in Selbina.
