WHere do you go to buy a World Pass?

My friend is in Ragorok, and I'm trying to get into it, he wants to buy me a world pass but does not know where to go to get one.

He is in San D'orai. Where do you need to go to buy a World Pass.

I hope this isn't a repost. Please direct me to the proper place if this is a repost.

Its in Port Sandoria, just talk to the old guy in front of your MH

Then he should sell you one
