Sending Items through Mog house?

Hi I have a question about sending items to my friends in other countries through the mog house. I can't seem to do it???? I read the manual and it tells me to put the name of the person I want to send items to but I am not able to type anywhere on the delivery box option in my Mog house but the chat box? Can someone help me, is there a quest I have to do or not a certian level yet? Thanks in advance.

You don't send items through your mog house. You only recieve items through your mog house. There is an npc near the auction house of each country that allows you to send items. Talk to him, place the items/gils in the boxes, and type the persons name and send.
