When does FFXI come out for the PS2 in NA? I can't wait! Im playing Ultima online and I need some serious entertainment. Will any1 help me??

I just wanted to know if the PS2 and PC versions will be linked cause if so, then i would like to be on the pc version and talking with my ps2 pals.

it wouldnt matter if i got the ps2 version tho...i should just hook the video to the tv instead of the monitor...but still, i bet the PS2 is Way smoother than my computer D=

spent way to much time editing sig and avatar and it's only my first post lol

anywho ... let me get this straight, i buy ff11 i make a char and am randomly put on a server and if it isn't the server i want i can NOT delete it to make a new one to try and get on a new server? or do i HAVE to buy a WP to switch servers? cuz it sounded like the latter but it's 1 and i have finals tomorow so "fogivaness preeze"

(BTW beast master will ROXXOR .. even if i don't know what i want my first or sub job to be =[ just remember, have fun with it)

ok you need a world pass to get into a server while you are creating your character. i have heard that they have made a patch that won't allow you to delete and remake a character to get into a certain server.

I have heard the same. But, I have no way of verifying. If someone could post an official link that would help. It could just be that everyone is quoting the same rumor.

I got the game from JAPAN....
I forgot I can't read Japanese....
I am having problem get into the game... u know the membership thing and serial #s and which KEY to use... (cause I don't understand Japanese >_< AH~~~~)

(I really don't want to buy the US version of FF XI... like the original... nope.. I spent enough $$$$$$:confused: )

My VD Card is a ... hum.......GeForce 2 MX 400 (i think) 64 MB, and AMD XP2400 processor [1.9Ghz], T1/Lan I really hope I can play .......

GeForce 4 Ti4800 isnt on your list, where does it come in i was thinking about 90% ??

Cause thats the gfx card im buying for FFXI, i would just like some knowledge as to how highly it rates on the % chart from page one of this thread, cause the highest on it is a Geforce 4 Ti4600.

from what i hear, the fx cards below 5900 are worse than the 4600. the same is true with radeon cards below 9700. most gf4 cards will do great because ffxi is gear'd more to nVidia cards for some reason.
