I see how people heal after the battle. They sorta sit there and wait for their HP gauge to get up.... But how long does it take to fill it up. Lets say ui wanna fill up 20 HP, how long would that you?

I'd guess it's about 10 seconds between hp gains. First gain is 10hp, next is 11hp, then 12hp, then 13hp,.....until you get up. There are some foods that can alter the 10hp starting point, I believe. Mp does the same thing, but not sure of the rate on that. And not sure if some races/jobs heal quicker than others, but I don't think there is a difference.

Yes, Hauler, WHMs and BLMs for instance recover MP much faster. Good thing too, they need it, plus they don't have to worry about TP.

blm and whm have an innate ability "Clear Mind" which increases MP recover the longer they sit.

I'm guessing but mainly hoping that classes like your tank classes (warrior, Paly etc.) have a similiar skill that the mages do for HP recovery?
