Couldn't find answer. Does the game run ok with Dial-up?

Just curious.. I live way out in the country and can't get dsl or cable. Sorry if the question has been asked. I could not find it and went back several pages.

Yes, it runs fine with Dial-up, you may expirence some lag from time to time though.

With dial-up teh patch updates will be very slow, some guy on the forums said it took 13 hours just for the first patch for Beta. and at iGames centers it takes 1 hour with Cable.

Sounds great. I expect a bit of lag.. get that in any game, but if it's as playable as Dark Age of Camelot is for me then that's wonderful. I was going to be depressed

As for the patches taking forever.. doesn't really matter much. Don't have to do those very much.

does it really take 13 hours on a dial-up. if it does that sucks.
also how often do u have to get these update patches

Dial up works it gets a bit laggy here and there mostly in town where there are tons of other players. The initial download took about that many hours. All the other ones after that were no where near that bad worse one was like 20 minutes.
