As for performance, my computer should work with the PC Version...

Benchmark Score - 5100.

Here's the problem..

512k DSL
Windows XP &
I'm on a network...

I've tried playing games on gamespy, and I never manage.

I'd like someone's advice about if Final Fantasy XI would work on my system, I've been worrying about this for sooo long!

Pleeease reply if you can, i really need to clear my mind of this burden!!

Let's just say it like this.
There should be no problem

FFXI is programmed so that you could play it on 56k (Yeah thats right an old fashion modem)

you dont really need a powerful pc to play ffxi. I have a shity computer and i could probally play ffxi. But witha little bit better Video card.

My Pc's not the problem, I was worried about being on a LAN, because the LAN makes other games not work...

if you're worried about LAN, you just need to find the right port to connect. the problem isn't really just the fact that you are on LAN, it's the firewall most routers and DHCP servers have built in. i unfortunatly can't give suggestions there because i have no clue and need to do it myself :sweat:
