sorry, didn't mean to laugh, and i wasn't laughing at your work, i mean, i was laughing about the work, but not mean any harm. i was just happy to see something that's so different. It reminds me of piccaso (is that how you spell his name)
also i was laughing b/c the thought of make its head smaller might make it look cuter. 'cuz then i realize a lot ofthe cute things either has a extreme small head, or an enormouse big head

make the body longer and leaner, and make the head smaller and more streamlined. Make the legs longer, and a bit thinner. Find some way to change the wing (i dont know whats wrong with it, just looks weird)

its a way better picture than your taru or orc, but it still needs help. ill list some stuff to help you.

-head too big make it 3/4 the size
- body needs longer (how can i ride that)
-make the feathers all over the place
