Lilith, I did have to do a lot of thinking on all the things you brought up In the end I decided that when it comes to job abilities and weapon skills, they come with becoming familiar with how the weapon works and perhaps reading up on how the masters use their weapons, sort of how martial artists have to condition their bodies and become familiar with other weapons (like numchucks, for example) and then learn special ways of moving them and different techniques.

I thought of "leveling" as sort of a slang term for training, because the way I see it, perhaps they can feel a surge of energy whenever they become stronger in an instance, like when we level up in game. Spells are much easier because we know it comes from scrolls, and a mage has to become stronger and more experienced in order to comprehend and control the higher level spells.

It is a bit awkward thinking of things in such a real way, but in order to write fantasy (as I'm learning in a class) you do have to think of things realistically, and buy into what you're doing. If you don't take it seriously and make it believable, the reader won't take it seriously.

And, because homecoming is this weekend, I sort of miscalculated my free time Starting next Monday my free time will open up once more. And, next weekend I'm going on a long trip, so I'll look into bringing my laptop so I can get ahead on things. But I'll do everything in my power to get it done before then I'm 4000 words into it, so honestly it's just a matter of finding a good place to stop.

And, to keep you all interested, I got confirmation from Feba a while back that I can add him in a future chapter whenever I find the right situation. Won't that be an interesting chapter It may not be very soon, but I will find a place for him in the future. Along with Ejospike, Darkmyth, Nessomurai, Nazarac...this huge line of people I need to remember to add in, hehe.

You're setting Ryden up to be a bit of a villain-in-the-making here, it seems. Only problem is, he doesn't realize it (nor would he, considering the circumstances). Interesting.

Given her past, and how the situation is turning out the same here, I'm not a bit surprised at Lilani's reaction. The next chapter will be interesting to see where it goes, and what happens between Ani, Ryden, and Kenshin.

And to Lilithangel, thanks for getting the message out of Ryden that I wanted to get out :D Yes, he is a bit of a villain at this point, but he doesn't know it. He thinks he's in the right, and that's what drives him on, and that's exactly what I wanted to show.

If anything, it'll be me, since I'd be a traveller from an alternate dimension (Kujata => Fairy), I tend to be rather bloodthirsty when it comes to combat (anyone that's ever been in a fight with me on Kujata knows I hardly give any heed to my own safety, as long as what I'm going at dies a brutal death for daring to stand in my way lol), and am a Dragoon, Blue Mage, and Corsair. A gambling Dragon Knight that devours the souls of her fallen prey; such a combination screams villain (and as we all know, most dimension travellers that aren't the main character(s), are the villian(s)).

Nah, j/k. I have no reason to be there, I'm just enjoying this story, and Lilani has more than enough people from her own server to worry about others. Rock on, Ani!

heh lilith, im not from Fairy im from Remora i tend to be reckless too, most of the time in parties i tend not to care whats happening as long as im killing something... so most of the time i end up killing eiher the whm, the tank, or myself, or a combination of the three. Still, anxious to see the next chapter and the new characters.

Not much to say this time around. Good exposition, albeit at a slower pace, but very solid. I do like how you drew the reader's attention to the situation between the main three instead of the actual activities of the day; that was more interesting to know about than what they were actually doing.

heh, just checked this site again from the last time i posted, been kinda busy. Nice chapter was kind of expecting more though, oh well Not much I can say about this one, I like it, but wish it was more eventful than just everyone being edgy. Looking forward to the next one.

So, in case you guys haven't noticed, this project has sort of...been put on hold. Work has overloaded me as of late and I've barely had time to do my homework and sleep, nonetheless work on this. For example, last night I worked til 10 PM, and I have to be in by 7 AM today, meaning I had to get up around 5:45 to be fully ready ; ;
