I'm with neighbortaru. Just look around for other threads, tons of other people have asked that question. And I don't see what's so hard about making a signature. It's a horizontal piece of artwork that typically has pictures, text, and a theme of some sort. Just play around with a modelviewer and a graphics program. It's not complicated. In any way. Whatsoever.

Ok, then just look around the forum for another thread >.> I'd bet you anything within the first three pages of threads, at least one of them asks how to make a signature.
