:: Laifierr's Fanart Thread ::

Hello and welcome to my Final Fantasy XI Fanart Thread. This thread initially started May 31, 2006 because I wanted to share my artwork with others who enjoy FFXI. After wards, I decided to let people submit fanart requests for free art. Over time I became overwhelmed with a list of 60+ requests, but with real life, I wasn't able to complete many of those.

As of June 14, 2009, however, I will no longer offer free fanart as I am trying to make a living off of my art, and just giving it away isn't getting me anywhere.

If you are still interested in my art, I offer reasonably priced commissions through my DeviantArt Page.

The white mage is carrying the thief away from the "battlefield". I hate drawing backgrounds D: but I'll draw a simple one eventually for this one.

I really like it. And the second one is shaping up to look really great too. I wish I'd cultivated my talent for sketching as I grew up, rather than forgetting all about it. I'd love to be able to do this sort of work.

Oh, those are simply beautiful.

I'd give anything to be able to sketch just *one* battlefield-esque scene between my boyfriend's character and mine. (I'm a sucker for the wounded lovers/being tended to kinda thing.) I have so many images in my head, but I simply have zero talent in putting them to paper. I've tried time and again... failed, killed all the attempts.
