So, gist of this post is that several members of my now defunct Diabolos server EGLS have noticed that our former leaders have invaded your server. I'd like to warn you against adopting them into your shells if you can help it.

(Sorry for linking you to KI, didn't think it could be helped). Basically, our leader Clavical decided to sell of the LS bank one day, take his co-leader Bamashorty and her husband Obiwantaru and switch servers, we believe to Fairy. They've since changed names. You can read the KI thread, (wade through the garbage and infighting), for their character models and an idea of what kinds of gear they typically equip. In my reply at the bottom I've tried to give you an idea of what these two are like IRL and in /seacom. Hopefully that helps you ID them before they get into your shell and have another opportunity to do some damage.

They play in either CST or EST, if that also helps.

I'm not exactly sure how this qualifies as a "witch hunt" considering everyone mentioned did what they are accused of doing. However, if you really don't want to be warned that much, by all means delete.

you dont know their new names, all we would have to go by is a description.... thats not very reliable

Your URL doesn't even work.

Before you go on a wild goose hunt, have somemore evidence and info on the characters. Character models and equipment aren't enough to accuse someone. I know a lot of people that gear pretty similarly. Doesn't mean I'm going to mistake one for the other.

As for names, I believe you're allowed to change your name when switching servers, so their previous names have no bearing at all.

hes not lying. its true unfortunately. unknown to everyone until now, i have a nakkie 75sam account due to clav's mood swing. the server is true. hes a good friend of mine, just lost contact.

it does look like the thread on KI has been removed though

I believe you, but if you don't have a name, then there's not much to go on. Gear alone won't tell you who a person is. Maybe personality will, but it's just hard to pinpoint somebody without somebody being on their friend's list.

Just out of curiousity, how do you have a naked samurai? Did this guy have access to your account or did you willingly give him gear to borrow?

me n clav are real good friends. i was gonna have to leave for a couple months so i told him he could use my stuff cuz he was forever broke, told em to take some of the money that was there n buy a hagun for us to share till i got back. he misunderstood and thought i was quitting for good and just wiped it when he wiped the LS and jumped. im not even sure if my character is still on diabolos or not. So to answer your question, yes to both, sorta.

Guess lesson learned then. =( Never give anybody your information. Unless it's a spouse or somebody in the family.

Not sure if SE will do anything, but you can try calling them up and requesting that you get your gear back.
