Lost Chocobo

So my new chocobo just hatched today, and I took him for a couple walks. On the second walk, he found a lost chick, and I brought it back to the stables with us (Windy, btw). Pulunono wants me to find the chick's owner now, but I don't know where to look. >.<; She suggests that I check "the areas where people take their chocobos on walks" first, and tells me that if I find anything, to talk to Kiria-Romaria. Does anyone know where I can find this chick's owner?

There is an entire thread on this already, short answer, as you continue to take your baby choc on walks you will recieve more clues, usually race and first letter of name and profession, when you think you know the person go and talk to them, after the normal dialogue you will be asked if you want to ask them if they are the owner, say yes and you get a story out of it. Stories do not stay from one choc to the next so you have to re-learn them on each choc you raise.

eh, some people like to do the quests simply for doing the quests, sense of accomplishment not reward. I do wish the stories stayed though, doing htem over again every time you raise a new choco is kind of silly.. I must ahve forgotten all the stories in between eggs hatching...

yeah that, or maybe some people want *gasp* another ability, besides the ones everyone else uses.
