What's the point in re-imagining Kingdom Hearts? It's too recent.

Besides, I'm getting tired of FF characters getting emo makeovers Oh wait that's just FFVII. Also, that would require having Spiderman as a boss, and having him get beaten by an immature 16-year-old with a giant key.

Key Word: Marvel Entertainment. Its a move to buy the movie/cartoon division. It probably wouldn't affect the comics aspect at all.

Though, its the comics division that needs fixing. Marvel Universe is in serious need of some downsizing to make their universe more coherent.

Keep in mind that people said the same thing about Kingdom Hearts; it was a Final Fantasy and Disney crossover. Couldn't possibly be any good.
