Stargate Atlantis Campaign

For those of you that loved Stargate Atlantis, there is a Campaign out right now to save the show. Here is some basic information:

I heard they were continuing with SGA, as well as starting an entirely new Stargate series. All this along with a MMORPG, which is supposed to be set somewhere within the plot of the new series.

If they weren't continuing with SGA I'd be heartbroken.

Stargate SG-1 & Atlantis are the top of my list for favorite tv shows.

I miss SG-1... Carter (brains and beauty) and Jackson (ascended) are the awesome, but O'Neil tops them all.

SG-1 and Atlantis are pretty much done for. However, for those who saw the last episode of Atlantis yesterday, there was a very brief showing of the title screen for the next Stargate show, Stargate Universe. From what I've read of it (besides being a completely new cast of characters and actors), it's going to be a "Lost in Space"-esque show, where an SG team gets stuck on an Ancient warship with no way back. You can read a little more about it at Stargate Universe - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, but it will fit into the established Stargate world...

As far as Atlantis, apparently there's going to be a final move coming out to 'tie up all the loose ends', though for the life of me I really can't think of all that much that needs to be tied up, especially in a two hour movie. My guess: either the Wraith are going to get killed completely (with the help of Todd, who oddly is on Earth), or they won't be able to get Atlantis back to Pegasus, and life in that galaxy goes back to pre-Atlantis occupation.

Ya SGA is over. I agree about the movie, they should just let it be right where it is. I don't want some cheap ass straight to DVD crap like they did with SG1.
