So im guessing also since i havent been lucky enough to find a LS to sell me a Hecatomb cap to use Optical hat instead of Wyvern helm for penta thrust?

Only use the Ohat if you want your fiancee to make fun of you and never ever play with you because of the fugliness that is the Ohat. Go for the Pahluwan headpiece! Yes yes, the Ohat is probably better, but I do like the mix of +att/acc and the Ohat is just so damn hideous. /shudder
