A new Dragoon on the raise~

Hello,
I decided to try the "rare" Dragoon because the job quest story really owned and I love the Wyvern! :D
Since I'm pretty new to a actual melee class AND the game I'd like to read some suggestions about how Dragoons interact in parties and maybe some guides for skill chains and so on since I didn't played much melee yet. I do have a lvl 37+ whm and know that I also gotta lvl thf and war as subs.

this is really sad...i cant play ffxi no more ; ;
my pc is crashed and it wont run ffxi...i need to buy a new pc
i really want to play ffxi ; ;
im 16 yrs old and cant get a work so i can get money...
dang...and my parents wont buy me anything so im just fucked
once u get in game ur life is totally happy...u never get sad
but once u stop playing the game because of this...i feel like
i want someone to put a bullet in my god damn head
lost my drg...lost it all..any consolation for this dirty sad kid?

Hey dude, chill, its just a game. I mean, I know it sucks losing your character, but in the end it doesn't actually affect you. It definately nothing to kill yourself over.

Let me tell you man, I played FFXI for about a year and a half when I was your age, then I lost my character which happened to be a DRG. It was the best thing that ever happened to me honestly.

While I was away from FFXI I met the girl who changed my life forever and if I was still playing that would never happened. I had some wild adventures with that girl, let me tell you. Including one that took me across the country by myself at that age, pretty amazing.

I was pretty depressed when I lost the game too, don't get me wrong, but I indulged myself in other things such as writing, learning to play the piano. But the real world can be just as interesting, you just have to look a little harder.

Go get an Xbox 360 or an old PS2 with the HDD...you can still play then ^^

Yes!!! Travel and see new places. Best thing you can do :D I remember going to Boston at 17 (I live in CA).

the thing is....i already have girls...i mean everytime i got to a party
or something theres new girls that i meet and i get laid(sometimes)
i dont really need to travel like u guys say, my born country is the dominican rep.

i like you all because of the simple reason that u live in vana'diel
or had before just like that im a coolguy
with my ex-pld i did a LOT PLs for free
most of my free time (when seeking party or waitiong for someone to make a ride)
i used to go to the dunes and help poor newbs and ppl that was lvling advanced jobs DRGs specially :D
so, chill out im so cool...once u meet me ull see
and...there will always be DRGs on the raise (i hopefully hope)
