Diablos Questioned??

Hey Guyz, The other day i was reading an article on a website about diablos server saying it had the most anarachy(eg.Spammers,Scamms etc) is this true.

Most anarchy? I'm kind of ambivalent about that. We have the stuff you mentioned, but I'm not sure if we qualify as having massive amounts of it. We've certainly got a lot of independents, however, if that's what they mean by anarchy. Especially at the HNM level, lots of us are more than willing to pick up stakes and move if a shell isn't working with us (not helpful, not willing to give instruction/directions, capricious loot policies, wierd rules, etc). I've been through 3 in the last couple months myself. Not sure if that qualifies as "anarchy" per-se, or just general unwillingness to put up with grief.

Which website did you find this article on? Can you link it? Just curious if it's some kind of in-depth piece or just an op-ed from one disgruntled player in particular. I'd like to see what he said about the servers in general, and what he rated everyone else.
