hi im new to game and after making my toon and lvling him up im not very happy with the way my char base model looks and would like to change it could someone pls tell me how to change from hume to another race with .dat files

That what you want is impossible to do with DATs only. I know of a program that can change the appearance of a race but never looked to much into it. Beside that I think that tool has some other features that also fall under SEs third party policy as well as usingthat program.
