skeleton help

I am getting decent with metasequoia, i extended my elvaans ponytail and i am good with photoshop and recoloring is np for me BUT i am lost when i comes to VRS and skeleton / animation restructuring. This is a request to anyone who would like to help me out, when i run/walk/chocobo the lengthier ponytail animation is off due to the stretching of the parts in meta. I was wondering if its even possible and if someone would like to smooth out the animations/skeleton on this .dat. All screenshots and needed files to be included in this .zip.. i think. let me know if you need anything else from me for this.

thank you ahead of time to anyone who decides to attempt this.
