Altanaview problem - absence of ElvaanF main

Oddly out of no where, Altanaview no longers allows me to equip Elvaan Female with a main weapon. All other races and Elvaan male work just fine.

I never tinkered with the motions or lists for Altanaview (as they are in Microsoft Excel, and I have no idea how they work anyway) so I really don't know how to fix it ; ;
