Well i decided to take the matter into my own hands from my previous post, "FFVII UI" and ripped some sounds from FFVII to get a nice feel. Reason why i'm making the topic is to share this with the rest of you and classic FF fans. I went ahead and downloaded an old UI Skin on here that has the classic FF hand as the cursor and the classic font. Then i ripped and converted some wavs into some spw's to get the classic sound i wanted. The sounds i edited were as follows. - Cursor Confirm - Cursor Movement - Menu Cancelation All those 3 are ripped directly from FFVII and i'll go ahead and upload the zip file for the ones who are interested. Installation: Just unzip the file i uploaded into C:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XI\sound\win\se\se000 -- And you're done! Hope you enjoy! NOTE: You may get a very, very slight delay if you scroll too fast in your menus with the sound. It's really not of a huge notice but you may know what i'm talking about when you replace the files. |

| Junior Member | Re: FFVII Sound Effects Ffxi Gui Change It might be better to replace the "Menu Confirm" sound with the "Menu Movement" sound. SOmetimes the FFVII confirmation sound can get kind of annoying after clicking selections enough.  |
